How do I RSVP?

To RSVP, please click on the RSVP button on the home page

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP as soon as possible, but no later than 10.1.25

What is the dress code?

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is formal attire. Women can wear floor length, tea-length, or mid-formal dresses. Gentlemen can wear a suit. Due to it being an outdoor venue, coats or shawls are recommended.  

What time should I arrive?

Our ceremony starts promptly at 3:30 pm, we recommend you arrive by 3:00 pm to ensure you are seated on time.

Where should I park?

The Maples has a large parking lot to accommodate guests

What do I do if I can't make it

You will be missed! If you cannot make it o the wedding, please RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you

Are kids invited?

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception as an adults only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night. 

Can I bring a date?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding. 

Can I take pictures at the wedding?

We love that you want to capture our special day, but request no phones during the ceremony as we have a photographer to capture that special moment. Photos during the reception are encouraged #slayqueen

What are my reception dinner options?

We are planning a buffet style dinner with steak, salmon, salad and sides. Please let us know if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions as soon as possible. There will be a place to note this when you RSVP. 

What drinks will be served?

There will be open bar for beer, wine and champagne as well two signature cocktails. Additionally there will be coffee, tea, and water throughout the event.

I have a question about the wedding the week of/day of wedding. Who should I contact?
